Hard at work on their hit CW show, Blake Lively and Sebastian Stan teamed up to shoot scenes for “Gossip Girl” on Tuesday afternoon. With both looking stylish, the Serena van der Woodsen sweetheart and Carter Baizen stud lit up the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens set as they gear up for the upcoming season of all-new episodes.
The third season kicks off on September 14th – with Season 2 recently hitting store shelves on DVD. [Order Online Here]
The release includes seven discs comprising the twenty-five episodes, along with extras including “Fifth Avenue Meets Gossip Girl” - which “takes fans on a tour of all the show’s hot spots while various cast and crew members discuss the locales and the scenes that were shot there.”

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester Team Up On-Set

Teaming up for another day’s work, Blake Lively and Leighton Meester were spotted filming a scene for “Gossip Girl” in New York City on July 9.
The CW co-stars walked side-by-side down the street while window shopping, later seen laughing together in between takes.
In related news, Miss Lively recently spoke with Glamour magazine about her objections to having now real-life boyfriend Penn Badgley as a castmate when the series first started up in 2007.
Lively tells, “At first I was so upset that they hired him. I actually poisoned the whole cast against him. But then they noticed that he wasn’t a jerk and was actually a really nice, charming person.”
Continuing on about her co-star lover, who was also a childhood classmate, Blake said, “Almost immediately I realized that too, but it took me about a week to admit it.”
Blake Lively Doesn’t Like to Diet

Putting in a full day’s work, Blake Lively looked ever-so-lovely as she filmed scenes for “Gossip Girl” in New York City on July 6.
Seeming to be having a little trouble with her dress, the CW cutie was spotted retying her halter straps several times before sneaking a smooch from co-star beau Penn Badgley. Meanwhile, Miss Lively recently chatted with Glamour magazine - talking about keeping the right figure.
“I do panic before I have to wear a really skimpy outfit, but I don’t have enough willpower,” she tells of going on a diet.
“I had to do a scene in a bra and shorts for the first time in two years,” Blake continues. “On the day of the shoot, I ate a pork burrito, chips and coke. Afterwards, I thought, ‘I probably shouldn’t have done that.’ But whatever.”
“Gossip Girl” Stars Get Back to Work

Working away on their hit CW show following a holiday break, the stars of “Gossip Girl” made their way out in New York City on July 6.
And while Chace worked on his sky-bound scenes alongside Joanna, the pair’s co-stars were also busy filming away nearby - as cute couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley hit midtown.
And while we’re currently in rerun mode, The CW has renewed the show for a third season, which premieres on September 14, 2009.
